Swine Flu - School Closed

Natakhat is close because of fears of swine flu across pune. We have been very careful in making sure that safety of our wards is our utmost concern. While reading WHO's website http://www.who.int we figure out that swine flu is not as lethal as we are panicked about it. here are few easy steps for you to make sure that you are not affected and even if you are affected you are properly cured.

• Drink a lot of water - 4 - 8
• Drink vegetable soup / or chicken soup
• Wash your hands every-time you sneeze.
• Try not to touch your eyes/nose
• If you are having cough/cold please use mask

One of the most important thing to note is that mask is NOT required if you are not patient. Because H1N1 infects you through eyes, mouth, nose!

Be careful, if you feel little bit of cough, cold and anything else.. please remain at home. Its not a lethal illness. Swine flu is self-limiting and self-healing disease. In most cases patients have shown full recovery without using Tamiflu tablets.

And also... Tamiflu tablets must be administered by a medical practitioner for appropriate and immediate effect.
